I was in search of a baby sitter for my 2 children & was concerned about how I would go about checking her criminal record as nationwide searches are very hard to come by. She seemed like such a nice lady and was sure she was clean, but something told me I had better check her out. Using the nationwide search, I was shocked to find her listed as a felon in Arizona. It had to be a mistake but she had a very odd name & her D.O.B. matched as well as her past address. A little more research proved it was her & she had been charged with larceny from one of her past employers! But wait, there's more! The next applicant also had a criminal past in New York...neither of them had listed that on their application, had they did, I may have let it go since it had nothing to do with children, but if they lied about that, there's no telling what else they could have done. Thank you so much for such a great service, you may have just saved me from a nightmare!

A month ago, I fell victim to Net Detective, another criminal search site, or so they claim. All they provided with a bunch of links to sites I had already tried. When I asked for a refund, I was sent a form I was to print out, fill out & mail to them. Rather than do all that, I just forgot about it. I then found your site, which was only 1/3 the cost of Net Detective, so I figured why not throw away a few more bucks! Well, not only did you provide the same content they did, you also have several instant searches (the nationwide search is the best!) Your system does way more than what you advertise & makes Net Detective look like it should be a free site! Thank you so much for not ripping me off like they did! (managers note. We did look into Net Detective's policy & Mr. McCook is correct, you have to "snail" mail them a form for a refund, Our refund process is a simple email request, however it is very rare that we are asked by customers for a refund)
